Before real estate, I spent years at Microsoft as a software engineer and data analyst—and that mindset comes with me to every transaction. I read contracts the way an engineer reads specs: carefully, critically, and with an eye for what others miss.
But the analytical edge is only part of it.
I hold certifications in negotiation, body language, human psychology (Yale), and emotional social intelligence—and I've trained in 7 martial arts, earning 2 black belts along the way.
